How to return?

We only exchange items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped. If you get damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped items, please contact us (info@yamourcosmetics.com) within 14 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will help you as soon as possible.

Where is my order?

You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under [My Account]. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order, as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

If in the case that you do not receive your shipment, please contact your local DHL to file a claim immediately.

My discount-code isn’t working?

I see an error message saying “the discount code isn’t valid”.
The code for discount/ free product/ free shipping coupon can be used only once. Once the discount code is used, it cannot be used again, even though you cancel the order. To get a new discount code after cancellation, please contact us at info@yamourcosmetics.com.

I need to cancel my order. What can I do?

Please understand that the cancellation or change of an order is only available for 2 hours of your order being created. After this 2-hour window, we cannot cancel order(s) due to system limits and all the order data passes through to our warehouse for shipping process.

Does your products contain animal ingredients?

If you choose Y’AMOUR products, you also give some extra love to the environment because the make-up isn’t tested on animals, is vegan and made with loving ingredients for your face. All the products have the scent of a Peony. The peony stands for romance and love.

How do I get in touch about a collaboration?

Do you accept international orders?

Y’AMOUR is accepting international orders, we ship to all countries of Europe. For the current shipping fee, please check the checkout page.

An item is missing. What should I do?

Please send us your order number and the product that you are missing by mail (info@yamourcosmetics.com) and we will check it for you.
